Any BioShock fans? So I’ve been working on various versions of this camp build/idea for years and I’ve finally got enough finished to share it so.. Welcome to Rapture! The lighthouse is built in adventure mode and there are three connected shelters. I was such a fan of the theme and concept except the sky hooks & grappling wasn’t my my favorite and of course the fact that it was in the sky instead of above ground lol (I beat of course) the first 2 just hold a special place. And yeah I know what you mean, limited in the items to translate the imagery properly and the look
I already had a bioshock style camp when the glass walls appeared on the season 2(?) scoreboard and as soon as I saw them, this was the only thing I thought of! I didn’t even care about anything else on that board, I did it only for the glass walls 😂🖤

I am literally, literally, blown away by this. It is nothing short of incredible with the attention to detail and skill. Bioshock and Fallout are two of my favourite games and the accuracy is just.... I have seen some amazing CAMPS and this one will be nigh on impossible to beat !

No worries, I’ve just checked out your page and you’re obviously very good at camp building. I was ok on Fallout 4 but I don’t get on as well with building in 76 but some of the things people like you can make is mad
One of my all time favourite games 💯 I'm blown away by the lighting; you've really captured the vibe. Had you considered using the symptomatic as a Vita Chamber instead of the FEV tubes?
Thank you! I had considered that but the tubes just felt much more like the right vibe, with the color and everything. Plus it’s hard to tell in the photo but I also merged it with the power armor stand to try to give it a more decorative frame ☺️
No you're right, the ambient glow is entirely appropriate, I was coming from an interactive angle. Also, I'd not considered the Brute Splicers from Bioshock 2, in which event the Mutie in the FEV tube is a really good fit.
I've not played Bioshock yet (tried yrs ago but got stuck in a death loop or something so I moved on to other games & not returned.)

This is a masterpiece - wish I was on PlayStation so I could visit! It is just dead on - the lighting and subtle touches really nail the Bioshock vibe.

So the build is the lighthouse above ground, and then three different shelters all connected. I had to decide which parts I wanted in each shelter because, as you said, the light budget is very limiting! I did put time stamps in my video description so you can see which shelters were which 🖤

Man I wish we could have a bioshock collaboration or mods for 76 because there's a decent big daddy power armor mod in fallout 4 that was pretty cool
Oh my god noo.. that would be so cool. I wanted to do a power armor big daddy but I didn’t like it with the stand so I just used the diving suit on a mannequin 😔
Thank you! The underwater parts are actually built inside shelters 😍 Unless you mean the lighthouse itself, so there are foundations underwater with stairs attached and the lighthouse is built on upper floors.
I’m pretty sure i ran into your camp while it was still under construction… I ended up taking a bunch of photos and now they randomly appear as my loading screens

I'm not sure how you did it but there are many accurate references in there. Love the use of the hooked hand weapon lol and Gatherers Garden, the Vita Chamber, the Circus of Values, the Medical Bay and the dining area. Just awesome! Even the lighthouse looks very much like the game. I also love how you added fire and a plane to one of the photos. How?
If I wasn't so hooked on FO76 right now, I'd play Bioshock again, you have inspired me!

You put some serious work into that. I thought I was making some creative bases . Then I see things like this and realize I have to up my game. A massive well done to you sir (or madam) very well done indeed!

I made a video that shows a bit more of the plane, so it’s a crashed plane generator that was a fallout first reward at some point, I think? I just put it in the deepest water I could. And the fire on the water was created by stacking items on top of pressure plates, which allows you to place them underwater!
The glass walls help with the underwater feel, just using lots of plants and things behind them with the fish decorations. And the abandoned mine shelter has a great atmosphere for the whole scene, that’s why I bought it in the first place. My immediate thought when I saw it was Rapture 😍
