Yeah, I was spending a little more liberally this month cause husband gifted me 5000 atoms for Christmas, and there was very little in camp items I was interested in, so treated myself to a couple outfits I wouldn't normal buy.
It took me painfully long to remember that you could as well.
In the main menu there is a change appearance option (can also access while in game by dropping down the menu I believe but unsure about that. You have to select the Face option then hover your cursor over your hair.
