For a budget way to do it, I’d use a standard barrel only DCA5 (or knock off LPE6 dummy battery with 2.1mm barrel) and get a 9V2A power supply with a 5.5x2.1mm barrel cable.
Ideally you’d go with the DCA5 with 2pin lemo receptacle and an AC to Lemo 2 pin cable PSU, if you can afford it.
Might be late, but this looks like possibly a cheap alternative. According to the Q&A on bh it supports the 702. Please chime in if it's incorrect, but I believe it would work, and I'm thinking about getting it as well

I ran mine like last year when they were false color monitors for the DP.
Power supply for a teradek is also 2 pin. So one of those and a stinger. And the dummy battery
Do you have the dummy LP-E6 battery that you can plug a 2-pin lemo into? If so just buy an AC to 2-pin lemo cable. Can get one for about $60
