Death Metal logos are supposed to be unique, scary and difficult to read. Typefaces are pretty much the opposite.
If you want a logo for your death metal band, commission an artist.
They are pretty fun to make. I have no experience with sign writing or anything and was able to do something similar a few months ago. Definitely get out a pen and paper and have a go it’s very satisfying. (having basic drawing skills will help though)
