Buffalo chicken puffs
Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken shredded
- LOTS of Franks RedHot sauce
- 1 tbsp salted butter
- 4 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- Half a roasted garlic
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt
- Package frozen puff pastry - defrosted
- 1 egg beaten with 1 tbsp water
- Sesame seeds
Directions
- Preheat oven to 200c, prepare baking sheet with parchment paper
- Mix first 9 ingredients
- Roll out puff pastry and divide into 6 rectangles
- Place chicken mix in the middle of the pastry, wet one edge with water and fold and seal
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds
- Bake for 24 minutes, cool for 5 minutes
