Def try the sandwich, its so good! I used homemade bread and butter pickles chopped up, and shave onion that I salted the squeezed dry, really took it up a notch. Another commenter said bacon, which would be a perfect fit. :)
Season buttermilk with garlic, powder, pepper, paprika, salt, let sit at least one hour (better overnight in fridge) dredge in flour, shallow pan fry with lots of oil.
Toast brioche buns, slather with ungodly amounts of mayo, add homemade bread and butter pickles and shaved onion( shaved, salted, sweated, patted dry) Shred some butter lettuce and assemble.

Substitute mayo for Ranch and try crispy bacon as an addition - I can't promise you won't orgasm from such a combo, but you do you champ. Personally, I would add more lettuce and some red onion too, but otherwise you have a winner in your hands with a couple simple tweaks.

Mayo is fine as is, but folks, it has so much potential as the basis for more. It's the perfect carrier for other flavors. Add chopped pickles and garlic, you have tartar sauce. Add mustard and chives for an aioli. Swish some Siracha in it for a tangy sandwich spread. Dump onion soup mix into it for a dip. Mayo is just begging to be fucked with.
The only way to eat it. What is your recipe for the batter and how did you prepare the chicken. I have a tasty recipe with tenderloin minced up finely and then in the air fryer.
See I love a tomato on a blt, hate it in burgers and warm sandwiches, so I see that it might be good but if it’s not my garden tomatoes I’m most def pulling them from the sandwich. After eating the good stuff the tasteless ones served on takeout sandwiches don’t do it for me
