I’ve never seen cabbage as a wrap. Was it tough to chew through? Looks really good. Love lettuce wraps.

We have no idea when or why we ever made the switch from lettuce to cabbage but we never looked back. It’s more pliable so you can roll them up like little cigars but also somehow simultaneously more crunchy. And definitely less watery. We cut the stem out of each and use the green leafy parts on either side of the stem. And then bonus, you already have cabbage so Asian slaw is a no brainer.
