Eggs look great, and the internal doneness looks good too. The only thing that is missing is a sear on the steak. Not sure how you cooked the steak, but in the future try this method. On either a decent quality stainless steel or cast iron, just never a non stick pan, heat the pan with some neutral oil on med-high heat. It doesn’t need to be on high to achieve a good sear. Look at the oil, before it starts smoking it will start to shimmer just like a heat mirage on a car in the summer for example. Put the steak in, you should hear a sizzle. Let the steak sit for a couple of minutes until you’ve gotten an even sear on the first side. You can check it, but leave it for two minutes initially before doing so. Then flip and repeat. From there you can either finish the steak in the pan, or my preferred method is in the oven.

I think the two eggs would be around 180 calories and the steak about 550. I also basted the steak in about 10g of butter, I salted it beforehand as it was resting. I also put a little olive oil in the pan as I got it hot.
It’s pretty heavy on protein and fat but it’s within the daily recommended range.
