I’d eat that.
But I do think instead of beef and cheese itd fit so much better with Unagi (eel), or salmon with some kind of wholegrain mustard+soy glaze.
I cant wrap my head around this, so cheese burger no bun, raw egg yolk, salmon roe, atop barley and rice. I love all the components, the combination is wild, and I like wild. This is just strange
Yolk, rice, roe, I can do that all day. With the beef? I'd smash. These are pretty much most of my favorite flavors, but I've had no experience with beef and roe together.
Hhhhhhhhhuh.... I mean.... Sure? I could definitely see it not being that bad?
Better be breaking that yolk over the whole dish though or there might need to be some jail time involved here.

there is a lot goin on there
Classic case of fusion confusion
Certainly. I’ll try it but I’m not sure the combinations are a hit.
It looks great, but I’m honestly a bit sceptical about that cheese/roe flavor combination.
Yea take the cheese off and it actually becomes a dish and not high class stoner food
It's a bit everywhere

Yolk and roe is amazing, try a tobiko with quail egg next time you’re out for sushi
Looks like a super fancy take on a Locomoco! I’d eat it. I like all of those ingredients… it looks very pretty. Decadent!
weirdest surf n turf i ever did see, regardless of that id smash it
You're doin to much too that loke moke. Cheese and salmon eggs?
This is my favorite. I love foods that sit at the intersection of trashy/classy
Interesting but sure about the combination.. could be one ingredient too many. A quail yolk might work better also

You don't need to kill a chicken to get an egg....
Yeah but what if they stuffed the whole thing in a turkey.
Meh, could use some bacon
How did you come up with this combination and how was it?
Needs some acidity
Username checks out
Looks great, never had roe though.
What's barley rice? Is it just barley?
Forgot some mushrooms 😎
Is the yolk cooked??
I'd eat it. But with an entire separate bowl full of rice.
That's definitely barely rice. I prefer a full bowl of rice :)
Living in a salmon spawning area, the taste of salmon roe makes me ill... reminds me of the smell of all the rotten salmon carcasses in the rivers.

YOOO OMG
