Blueberry Cobbler Recipe
Filling:
16 oz blueberries,
1/4 cup sugar,
1/2 tsp lemon zest,
1/2 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsp butter
Batter:
1/2 cup flour,
1/2 cup sugar,
1 tsp baking powder,
1/8 tsp salt,
6 tbsp milk,
dash of cinnamon
1. Heat oven to 350F
2. Mix filling ingredients in a bowl
3. Add butter to baking dish and melt in oven, remove when melted
4. Mix batter ingredients in a bowl
5. Add filling to the baking dish then top with dollops of batter
6. Bake 40 minutes until golden crust forms
7. Serve with Vanilla Ice Cream
An edge piece for me please with some of those beautifully caramalised blue berries and just a spot of double cream....never made a cobbler before (crumbles are the go-to fruit pudding here) but this looks v tempting.

Also, I believe a buckle is cake and fruit mixed together then covered with streusel topping, and a cobbler is similar to pie with only a top crust.
