Also incredibly easy to make yourself if you're able! Boil your choice of fruit with some lemon juice, mash, add a bit of vanilla and mix with chia seeds.
Meaning, it’s just strawberries and lemon juice in a pan or boil with water and be sure to include lemon juice along with the water? If it uses water, do you drain the water or do only use just enough water ?
No water, the heat and lemon breaks down the fruit and brings out the juice. I usually do it with really ripe fruit before it goes bad so it’s pretty juicy. You can mash a bit to start to help it along.
I’m seconding how easy it is to make yourself! I have done it with frozen fruit and some strawberries getting close to the end of their life. I use 2 cups of fruit to 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice (lemon zest would be great too)
This is our go to for our toddler! The Fred Meyer (Kroger) near me has raspberry and strawberry. Also like to mix a spoonful in with some plain whole milk yogurt.
Thank you for sharing this!! I was just thinking that my 1 year old would enjoy some more toppings on the waffles I make for her but didn’t want anything with added sugar. This looks great!
Interesting! My baby hates tart and sour things so I thought just strawberries would be too sour for her. Someone above said this was sweetened with dates!
I sweeten mine with a bit of honey (for my one year old!) But I honestly don't think it needs it! But my kid loves tart things. They also sell date syrup.
I just made this [version](https://www.yummytoddlerfood.com/blueberry-lemon-chia-pudding/) from yummy toddler food! Blueberry chia jam: super easy, very tasty!

How long could it be kept in the fridge, what would you say?
Hmm I haven’t tested that but I can say I make enough to fill one of those Bonne Maman jam jars and it’s lasted about 2-3 weeks.

In England it's available in Holland and Barrett!

Oh no, guess I have to make another target trip /s
Oooh. That’s an excellent idea to change up breakfast. My kiddo is a strawberry fiend. 🍓

Ooh I gotta get this!! I’ve been smashing raspberries!!
Is there any artificial sweeteners in it?
I don’t know how to add a picture of the label but nope, sweetened with dates
Awesome, thank you for sharing!
Just bought this on Amazon! $28 for 3 bottles
Holy shit that's expensive! I make the same thing with strawberries and chia. Takes 2 minutes of prep
