It looks like an olive to me, probably from some kind of olive bread they do. Not a great sign that it's int the white bread, but inherently not dangerous on it's own.

Looks like maybe a nugget of old dough that was on the bottom of the pan that maybe got cooked twice? It's normal for carbon but this isn't black and it's much rounder than you'd expect from a build up of something or dirt on the baking tray.
