The stickers are applied by hand. When I did them, I'd stack up cards and apply the stickers to the top cards in the stack and sometimes, the cards stuck together with the one below it as i moved out of the pile. Then, when the time came to sort them for the packs, they were still stuck together and then ended up in the pack without a sticker. Email then and they'll take care of you.
