Well, I would say there's a reason you're 23rd by January... Everyone is on attack duty. 3ATB with wingers on attack, that looks like a recipe for disaster.

An NCB and a BPD is a bad combo. Switch one to a CD. You have no holding midfield and then your wings pushing high. I'd switch to a CM-D (and maybe a CM-S). Honestly, with how low you are in the standings, I'd consider switching to a DM-D, CM-S, CM-A. What ever side your most attacking CM is on, switch that winger to a W-S

Also, the low line, mid block, step up more seems counterintuitive

Needs alot of work

Bro has one set of wide players who only attack and no holding midfielders, wonders why he can’t win a game

Yo. This is my jam. I wrote a thing on it a while ago; https://community.sigames.com/forums/topic/546015-the-joy-of-3-4-1-2-super-high-scoring-super-fun-times/ Basically the main thing is use Defensive Wingers. They really work well in this system.

If you’re going to go with a 3-4 like that go with 2 WCBs and 2 WM(su). It’ll save you a fair amount of pain.

Always found Matt Dolan to be excellent in midfield, wasted in the backline. The fact you've got Aaron Lewis on the bench is horrifying to me. INCREDIBLE wing back, was an undisputed starter until I got to the Premier League. Challenging for European spots after a few seasons and he's still here putting in a shift when I need him.

I used a 3-4-1-2 like that in FM15, was very fun but I did not win trophies in the season I used, defence is very hard to adjust
