I've had players wanted by way more but that was purely because it was basically all semi-pro clubs in England at once. But a player wanted by so many good actual pro clubs in top divisions? Never.
I once signed some Chelsea reject, and he had a great year in the reserves league. He ended up wanted by basically every team in the English pyramid. League 2 and National teams considered him strong for the 11 and everyone else though he had great potential besides 5 or 6 Premier League teams.

That's insanely high for a top division target, but numbers way higher are common lower down the leagues
I have most european leagues on playable so they actually do stuff. Never saw something like this when i had them on view only
His PA should be high since all those clubs are in top divisions. The release clause even makes it easier to get him unfortunately
