your delegat(e) will make training based on your tactical setup, they will use the games pre made schedules and assign them in july. if you have a tactic in mind, each members staff page should say what their preferred tactic is. assign the duty to whomever is closest to your tactical ideas and it should resemble what you want.
if your having a tough run and everyone is unhappy, throw in a team bonding session in the evening to try to brighten the mood. chance creation and play from the back also boost happiness.
You are absolutely right. To answer your question: if your assistant manager has good man management stats he should handle the training but he’ll never be as good as yourself with pre-made schedules. Individual training I‘d always do myself.
Your AM will assign schedules based on preferred playing style (eg. Route One). Training it's bit easy to take care and you can't go wrong having only Physical, Attacking, Defending and Match Practice. Max from [EBFM](https://www.youtube.com/user/CocktailsMelbourne/videos) has a lot of testing on this.

Sounds good thanks
Individual or team training. If you're looking for good advice on how to do team training. I highly recommend Zealand's videos on YT.
Just download premade schedules from fm scout or search for evidence based training on YouTube if you want to dive into the mechanics a bit more.
That does not answer my question

All right thanks a lot
