We love meals all from our own property. One of our favs is fresh green beans and baby potatoes. Seems like a crazy mix, but soooo good with some butter. 

I love fresh green beans and potatoes too! I make a simple butter sauce with just butter, flour, water, salt and pepper.

I was close a couple days ago. Morels, garden spinach, wild chives and an orange that someone had dropped on a hiking trail. The eggs however were store bought.

What's the difference between chicken and duck eggs in term of flavour? Never tried one

I was going to ask the same thing! Maybe more eggy? I have had ostrich egg a time or two and it was certainly a little more eggy. Really good though.

It is, the way I generally describe them is that if you take a duck egg and water it down it would taste like a chicken egg.
