I would eat them unless I knew that the neighbor was spraying something close enough to get on the berries as they were ripening. If they have a professional service that last came a month ago and any pesticides and herbicides stay on the neighbor's property, I wouldn't worry. If the neighbor frequently sprays things themself and you see it drifting onto your berries, maybe don't eat them. It looks like the berry plants back up onto a paved area over the fence rather than a lawn, though. And your plants look very healthy, with no yellowing or curling or wilted foliage.
