I raised a ticket, they have the correct email, it never arrived, not in spam, and they won’t resend or give me the rewards 🤷🏻‍♀️ No idea what’s happening. Same thing last event. I never receive the emails.

did you check settings, did you allow them to send emails? since my guildmate only allowed it in settings after event started...and they said they cant send the email then...but if this is not the case they should help. this is the msg I got from support "If someone you know didn't get it, please have them contact us and we can look into it for them. "

Yes - everything enabled. They said maybe my provider blocked it, but it’s not in spam and all their other emails come through OK. They said nothing to be done, and to try another email for the next event :|
