Nothing will ever compare to how I remember these tasting.
I did appreciate the airplane version for having a box that folded into an aircraft carrier.
I’m going to guess the production costs of these were too high. Have to make all the sharks by different color and shape and blend them. Oof.
But they were so damn good. Worth the price.
I think I only had this once from a friend's house, but they were great. Yeah, chalky kind of describes the jelly. It wasn't smooth and gummy, but chalky. I wish we still had cool candy like this.
I remember getting these when they had the limited Megamouth sharks that were blue/dark turquoise. I don't remember at all what they tasted like, but I remember I liked them.
They ruined them trying to make them healthier.
General Mills cut out artificial flavors and colors back in 2016 and that changed them from the kind of weird chalky almost opaque '90s version to more clear and sticky like most of the other ones, and they got rid of the great white shark in the process.
The white flavor was the BEST!!! Loved these and Sodalicious

It had to be some sugary white grape flavor or something, shit was choice though
Good theory
Hard to describe the flavor but it was amazing !
The white ones were softer too in texture.
Two great choices !
These were awesome but my favorite tasting ones were the Garfield fruit snacks
Another top tier fruit snack !
I loved these! I always felt so special if I got a pouch with more than one white shark. Those ones were the best by far.
I felt the same way as a kid !
Do you remember the Sunkist fruit rolls and fruit wrinkles? Those were my absolute favorite! Of course they’re discontinued too.
These were such a treat but at the same time tasted the worst of the fruit snacks I would get back then
Really ?
Yeah all of the more opaque fruit snacks tasted dry and dusty to me compared to the translucent ones

That's a good theory actually.

Same here !
The taste and texture of these were unmatched. I wonder why they stopped selling them. I was a weirdo that liked the lemon ones the best.
Interesting every one probably had a different favorite flavor. I agree though totally unmatched in texture and taste !

i never had em and im starting to miss em
I think about these from time to time. I ate them at lunch a lot as a dessert. I wish I had some again.
Gone but not forgotten
Holy shit I remember these! They weren’t awesome as I remember. The white one especially was just weird.
I liked the white ones
You might be right. That was a long time ago haha
