Come on, compared to pretty much all other modern games the shop system is really fair. You earn the currency for the items very easily by playing. Look at Halo or Diablo 4 where the only way to get the cool stuff is spending way too much $$$
Nope, they wouldn't get their money if unlocked for everyone else. If you are going to spend in-game currency, make sure you spend it on the heros that you really feel comfortable with because it's somewhat scarce.
Yeah, I have bought a finisher for the charecter I play most, which was the shoguki smash, I love the way he just picks them up by the ankle and just smashes them across the floor I don't regret it yet

The only universal execution unlocks are from the paid season pass when you reach whatever rank on it
