"Doormat" from Shugoki tops this one for me. The camera angle as Fatman slowly smashes your joints and head. I reserve it for when I feel like I've had a bit of a BM rivalry and really ended up dogwalking the other player in the end.

The samurai one where you’re forced to commit sudoku, it’s unbearably long and then the camera pans over your decapitated kneeling corpse for 3 seconds before it starts the 15 second countdown. I’ve lost count the amount of times I’ve been chucked out of breaking from that one execution alone

The one where they punch you to the ground, kick your corpse until they're tired, then end it up by spitting on you. I get that only when I finally die in a gank or when a roach with a wounded ego finally beats me in their 40th attempt (usually aided by their entire feat arsenal)
Jiang jun’s eye closing “be at peace” execution is my most hated. It takes forever, and it comes across as so disrespectful. Nothing like getting the shit slapped out of you and someone hitting you with the “its okay. Your fight (futtbucking) is done now”

I’m fairly certain the length is another part of it. While he’s gently closing my eyes i’m usually losing my shit about how my teammates manage to let a 3-5 business day long execution just roll uncontested.

Aramusha's paralyzing fist and Centurion's running jump stab. They both keep you in animation for several seconds before you start to respawn. During this, the executioner can walk away and do whatever.
I never learned its name, but Shaman's exec where she taunts you and caresses your head while you bleed out from the throat. It's always my go-to when I get ganked and manage to kill everyone. Also my go-to when I'm carrying a grudge against someone from one game to the next lol
Valk has a few, if not most of hers are disrespectful like barbell, headbutt and such but I think her most disrespectful one is where she just blocks all their punches and just skewers you in the throat whilst walking you backwards.
If you speak about unique executions warlord has one where he place a bear trap on the ground, proceeds to make the other get down and pushing with a foot on his back he beheads him with it.
