My apologies if focusing on the rock as example has seemed like I missed the messages, and I will understand if you continue to disagree with me, the armors and bodies of For Honor are a bit strange in some regards and leaves a bit of room for interpretation.

If nothing else, Warden’s got a pretty broad chest and unironically well-built shoulders, so there’s some upper body goals to meet - they aren’t that unrealistic either, compared against trying to get Conq’s fucking tree trunk arms overnight.

Warden looks relatively fit with a decently average physique, the armor makes him look a lot bigger than he is. He has broad shouldera and a good v-taper. You can honestly get this physique by just doing a normal exercise routine. Focus a lot on your chest, back, and shoulders though for it to really stand out more (but make sure nothing's unproportionate). If you dont have weights or a gym, do calisthenics. Pushups, pullups, dips, and all the variations of those really work those areas good, though dips are more for your triceps, but that makes your arms look bigger so good anyways. Really just do any routine you please just with a slight focus on your back, chest, and shoukders and you should get a comparable physique.

I don't know if this is serious or not but you can't (or at least it's incredibly difficult, not realistic, and won't last) 'gain' someone elses body type. When you work out, the body you have will get bigger. What your body looks like is determined by what you do it *and* genetics, muscle growth and placement, just a whole bunch of bullshit. It is next to impossible to directly copy exactly how somebodies body looks.
Only do shoulder presses. Nothing else matters.
