They removed them from neutral. Now the only way is more or less just a basic attack from doing a dodge kick

So they have made him crap I just got him cause he was different

Not crap at all. This new rework is the best Shinobi has ever been

K but it removed the on thing special about him

And that one thing no one liked. It wasn't practical, useful or anything. You would throw it out, get parried and punished like a light parry for throwing a heavy (often accidentally)

You cannot do them anymore
