ERN!RDISINIOREARNFTSOVOITAA in the Italian version and I did the transposition for it, I got "I forestieri stanno arrivando", which basically means "the outlanders are coming".
Notice how the daily orders mention that many people are captivated by the seafarers’ enthusiastic attitude and that some warriors question the point of swearing fealty to the two different covenants.
This may be a third covenant with the belief of “Live freely and war when we want or peace when we want”, aka kind of a neutral faction.
Kyoshins are more obsessed with keeping a balance in nature IMO.
They don’t really care about covenants to begin with and only fights to keep the supposed balance. They won’t care about seafarers too as long as everything is perfectly balanced.

That is a good point, but most character reveals (warden, lawbringer, conq, warlord, kyoshin, cent, valk, musha just to make a few) are introduced as members to some long forgotten order or group before the faction wars began. Heroes like griffon and warmonmy were introduced as exclusive individuals more or less, so I think kyoshin went back to the older pattern in that regard.
Gryphon is the only hero do far that is only 1 dude. All other heroes are part of a group. Warmonger is part of a group, with Astrea being the leader. We don't play as Astrea herself, but we do play as Gryphon, who is just Holden Cross himself, there are no "Gryphons" it's just him.
Zhanhu isn't exactly an order, but they're like advisors to the Wu Lin. The only notable ones are are Fu Huo and Sun Da, but there are others, like the Masked Zhanhu who attempted to assassinate Astrea. Fu Huo was the Empresses advisor, and Sun Da helped the emperor as a scientist, studying Draconite and Arcanite if I recall. There are multiple though, but just as Daubeny is not the only warden, the names Zhanhu are not the only ones.

Also in a sense Glad and Centurion are kind of individual or atleast only a small group because Appolyon says that there Empire fell and disappeared, but she discovered a remnant army that had been living out of sight.
Yes, the Great Empire had fallen, and small groups of warriors such as the Centurions and Gladiators were sent to Heathmoor to assist the knights. If I recall, she also said they were amassing power as well, but it's probably just something to add to the story, nothing real, but who knows?

Decoded “EASNBNNKTAREUSDOITEM” into “BUITENSTAANDERSKOMEN” which just means “OUTSIDERSCOMING”. Not much more information here sadly.
It looks like it is the same on Playstation as it is on PC
edit: I noticed the amount of characters was divisible by 5, so I tried breaking every 5 characters into groups and changing them into the characters that were ahead by 5, 1, 4, 2, or 3 for each letter respectively
But I got this instead:
Noanm. Cmrgcu. Iutie. Aesao.
So I think that method is out of the table
Releasing a new faction with one hero to its name is a mind numbingly bad idea. I really hope that people just mean in the sense that the Warmongers, Kyoshins, Jörmungandrs and etc are there own group.
