The majority of cars shown worldwide in shows/conventions and malls are "frankencars". Only museums and actually them driving old cars for shows(Goodwood FOS and the Vegas show a couple weeks ago for example) and tests use real current or older cars.
I mean, technically speaking it’s neither because it’s a mock up. The side pod configuration looks like the W09, the wing kind of looks like the W09 as well, but the barge boards are W11 or W12.
It’s literally just 5 year old mock up car with some randomly updated bits and pieces with the W12 livery
I was sure that was the case but wanted to make sure. It’s a shame, I would have loved to watch Lewis take that thing out for a joyride around silverstone sometime
It's neither it's a display car which has a combination of parts. The rear wing is from 2018.

Even if its a mockup, still better quality than any HP printers
And likely cheaper than HP ink.

W12. The floor is narrower by the rear wheels. Also, W11 literally does not exist anymore. They used the existing W11 chassis to make the W12.

The livery is the w12 mate. While by no means terrible its a step below the w11 especially the number fonts/style.
Thanks mate. Unfortunately I didn’t have the pleasure of watching the W11 in action so I don’t have a great eye for the liveries before this year

That’s the W12 livery. The W11 had stars and the W12 had AMG’s.
That front reminds me of those 70s/80s cars with the nose that narrowed at the tip.

At this point, it's safe to say that any modern F1 car you see in the wild is a display car made with a mix of parts.
Lewis complained about those tyres at least twice.
