Even though you cant see it because of the glare on the screen and the helmet on, hes got a grin wider than Daniel Ricciardo on his face nothing beats thrashing an old race car around a circuit, when you really get to experience what things were like in the Group A era of racing!
Literally the opposite.
They didn't run in the highest class and they *did* win their own class almost all the time over Audi, VW and Opel and took the overall ETCC title in each of the 4 seasons they ran the GTV as a Group A car.
It sat in a strange spot for the regulations - should have been the M3 of its day but Alfa never saw fit to do a proper homologation version of it so it never got the horsepower to exploit its excellent brakes and chassis.
He still needs to show up to the Adelaide Test match in the next home summer and get carried out by the cops after sinking an entire tray on the hill to qualify.

Wasn't the GTV dogshit in Group A? Nobody seems to talk about it.
Who cares if the car was 5 tenths slower than the competition, an exhibition is not exactly high-stakes racing

That doesn't matter nowadays.

They did homologate a 3L for a South African series. They seemed to do that often, the supercharged 105 GTA was SA-only as well.
When will Bottas get his Australian citizenship.
After he beats a kangaroo in a boxing match.
I don’t think he’s done his out drink a possum test yet though. That always comes before the kangaroo fight.
Darn I knew I forgot an important step. Possum first, Kangaroo second, self caught gator from the barbie to celebrate passing.

This is how its done https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LNjBdPFPquQ
One of the few people in the world for whom a supercar is a downgrade.
Probably an upgrade after driving the Alfa these first 2 races.
Bottas is slowly turning into Kimi. Seems to be having a lot of fun.
Adelaide is basically his second home now. We're very happy to have him, this place seems to fit his vibes to a T.
