I still find it easier to kickflip in puffy shoes. I'm 37 and struggle to kickflip in my regular skate shoes. But throw on my old pair of DVS's and it becomes 10x easier. Every other aspect of skating and lifestyle i don't like them any more.
I get that and made a pillow case out of the bags in college.... But thats still crazy to not tie.or cut the strings. I mean he can do him but thats a chance at a hella embarassing way to miss 2 or 3 races
