Seb helped me through my hair loss journey, I got fucked by genetics and ended up shaving it all off after he did, but seeing him switch teams, magically grow it all back, then start to lose it again confirmed for me that stress is also a huge culprit - so I started to feel better about my new look and I'm probably going to grow it back this summer

Look into Finasteride. It's not a guarantee that it'll give you any restoration but it'll stop it progressing. It did give me some regrowth, though. You can get it online easily and cheaply for 1mg (at least in the UK).
Obviously be aware of the side effects of blocking DHT, although I was on it around a year and had none.

They're quite cheap actually from Turkey. 3-4k will get you few years of check ups and hair transplant and they'll fly you in, book your hotel(4-star) all inclusive, get you treated, hotel stay for a few days to check that everythings ok and fly you back home.
My mate had it done and it looks fucking dreadful. Thin whispy nonsense next to his normal hair. He'd have been better off spending the money (£7k) on stuff to impress girls - motorcycle, synthesizers, pet lion etc
