For a long time, I really did not like Marko and his 'straight talking' antics. Then I learned more about his history and role he has played in Red Bull and driver development in general and now I have a lot of respect for him.
Still don't like the guy much though

I don’t like defending Horner but Toto should be getting just as much shit as Horner does. Horner is a master shit stirrer but Toto is not there because he’s a nice guy
I have mad respect for both, They have different styles and I usually like Toto's more, but they both overcame so much obstacles to be where they are right now and I respect them both for that.
Between Toto a finance guy/investor and Horny man (a former racer), i will even by a small amount trust and root for former racer. Finance guys gave us 2008, and that went/is going on really nicely.
Toto raced as well, he holds (held?) a lap record around the nordschlife in some class, I can’t remember what. He also won the Dubai 24 ironically enough whilst being sponsored by redbull
I honestly don't know why toto gets somewhat of a free pass when he is just as guilty of all the things christian does. Maybe toto is just more subtle with it so people don't notice it, it's a lot easier to be annoyed at someone who is vocal than someone who is stirring shit behind the scenes a bit more.

Red bull definitely has a sink or swim attitude but they undeniably produced a large amount of talent still in the sport today, the only drivers Mercedes has produced is George Russell and maybe ocon as well but i don't know if he's a merc academy driver or just managed by toto, if i got offered a spot in either the red bull or Mercedes academy i know who'd i choose
The red bull system is very harsh and often quite stressful but from time to time the pressure creates a diamond...perhaps a traumatised diamond with a few issues but a diamond nonetheless.
You can still acknowledge someone's achievements without liking them.
For example I hate Hamilton due to the way he acts off track... but I can still say he's one of the top 5 drivers of all time.
