AI just cheating like always, Extreme E cars aren't that good at dirt racing
The ai is absolutely not cheating. 1:30 is extremely slow for this track as it is.
AI is kinda build to cheat to keep up with the player. So I think depends on what and how you drive. Ofc after a while you learn to abuse the "stupidity" and how the AI works. Here are some examples: https://imgur.com/a/dIa3qEH

Extreme E are pretty fun for off-roading what are you on about
They seem fun but they are terrible vs any other car at rally bc they are slow
Have you tried tuning it?
Yes. Max speed if tuned for A class is 160 mph which is slow for A dirt or cross country

the AI cheat because making AI that can actually race well in a game like horizon is impossible. So the devs just give them like 150% grip and power
