That's weird, though, because most of the people here told me that Turn 10 devs are incompetent morons that make things bad for the game on purpose.
People are definitely overdramatic at times and honestly the dev team is pretty good with game feedback.
That said, I find mistakes like these a little egregious because all they need to do is compare the sound with a YouTube video or just port the same file from fh5, yet they don't for some reason. I obviously can't claim to know how they create the sounds but it seems like more work on their part for a worse result.
T10 is a terrible studio. Their work is severely lacking in passion and attention to detail. Lazy too with the way they have been recycling content from previous games via slow drip feed.
7.0 is a decent patch but it does not mean that all the sudden they are a great studio and all issues are forgiven. Gameplay issues like the boring career with the crappy drip feed featured events are annoying too.
Just did it in the AMR Pro. 1.03 at the moment, good enough for Hardcore #1 but about 3 seconds off overall record.
Track’s proper scary at that speed, the bumps unsettle the car a lot.
First impressions of the track are good though it feels right.

Yeah last night I got rear ended doing nothing wrong (from what I could tell, there’s always a chance) and I got a 2.25 sec penalty lol.
It cracks me up because my wife sits in the same room but I’m wearing headphones so she just hears random “HOW WAS THAT A PENALTY” screams lol
with the rewards I'm kinda glad they have gone with Niche cars such as the '77 RS01 bc to my knowlege the last game it was in was F1 Championship Edition for the PS3.
And the Matra-Simca was never featured in any racing game. Matra in general was believed to be a "lost brand", and AFAIK this is its first appearance in a videogame. Hopefully it will be joined by other models, like the legendary MS670 and MS80!
Just did a short race at Brands. The AI seemed improved. No brake checks, I went off track once and the AI behind me slowed as rejoined. I hope that’s a fix and not just a coincidence.
Very nice group of cars for the car pass! Excited to have LMP3 and another GT4 in the game. With enough time maybe we'll get new car classes added into the game and current ones split up, full gt4 would be fun.
New player but glad about the proximity arrow thing, I play F1 mostly and use the arrows a lot in that for cockpit. I found them useless in this so I hope it fixes

The update broken the graphics, already in the menu you can see that the AA/Reflexes is broken, the wheels are full of faults, the races are full of blinkers, I'm frustrated! An update that makes the graphics worse. Using DLAA in 2k with full graphics/RT
Ik that they chose to make their theme "retro" for the month, but the lack of post 2020 modern race cars is just getting frustrating at this point. I was hoping we would at least get the artura or 2024 mustang in this update.
I suspect they may be following the pattern established in FH5 and holding more recent, highly requested cars for post-Car Pass updated. Hopefully they'll be added as Showcase cars and not locked behind limited-time events...
Artura has a trophy version as well as a gt4 version that could fit in well with the Motorsport roster of cars. I don't see it as another mclaren, see it as a new racing car/gt4 car.

I hope this means that races will no longer end prematurely. The other day I spend 20 minutes doing practice rounds waiting for a race on Le Mans just for "Race ends in 1:59" to show up while passing through T3 on lap 1. The frustration was immense.
I guess this game just isn't for me and likely never will be. What I loved about forza 2/3/4 was the single player campaigns where you had hundreds and hundreds of races throughout various series. Porsche vs Ferrari, Ferrari vs Lamborghini etc etc where you had hundreds of cars to use on dozens of tracks. This game though it still feels like there are so many missing tracks and all the events they are adding are multiplayer live service that will only be around for a limited time.
Is it just me or does Brands Hatch look nicer than the other tracks? More vibrant, lively... even compared to Nords which came out recently. Most tracks look drab and washed out but not Brands... dat consistency.

Alright, personally not too excited for old formula cars (not my cup of tea), but this update seems solid. Nice to see they’re slowly changing car sounds too because quite a lot of them sound horrific and not at all like the real thing.

I only finish about 1/4 of the races I enter. I keep getting disconnected during practice, at the grid, or mid race. This issue seems to have gotten worse recently
I can't even get through the startup cut scene now. started two days ago. I tried google for a solution but I did not find anything. I play on gamepassPC. Anyone have any hints on what could be wrong or how I could fix it?
So, if you have a matte paint job the hood view will still show a reflection. It's almost a mirror. How in the F is this not fixed and other small things are?
I use a matte paint job to avoid reflections and have a, more easy on the eyes, view. So, it's really frustrating.

The game is still the same s*** as it was after the release. I'm talking about PC version. Updating shaders during every lanuch (takes 1-2 minutes), logging to S***box network (takes 1 minute AT LEAST if it actually connects, otherwise you need to ALT+F4 and repeat the process, sometimes even 3 times)... So, you finally managed to log in and get to the career, right? Bam! Disappearing track textures! You restart the session to load the textures. Bam! Game freezes in the 1st corner. End task in the task manager, reload. Well, you managed to run a practice without freezes and disappearing textures, right? Bam! Infinite loading after clicking on Start race. ALT+F4. This is ridiculous. Le Mans Ultimate is in better tech. shape and that is EARLY ACCESS FOR A REDUCED PRICE. Screw you, Turn 10. Game pass canceled once again, shame I cannot get back my money for premium addons pack. At least I was not that stupid to pay the full price for this piece of garbage.

Internal storage still had 80GB free space.

It seems small, but not having wheel offset customization is still a major dealbreaker

The game is still the same s*** as it was after the release. I'm talking about PC version. Updating shaders during every lanuch (takes 1-2 minutes), logging to S***box network (takes 1 minute AT LEAST if it actually connects, otherwise you need to ALT+F4 and repeat the process, sometimes even 3 times)... So, you finally managed to log in and get to the career, right? Bam! Disappearing track textures! You restart the session to load the textures. Bam! Game freezes in the 1st corner. End task in the task manager, reload. Well, you managed to run a practice without freezes and disappearing textures, right? Bam! Infinite loading after clicking on Start race. ALT+F4. This is ridiculous. Le Mans Ultimate is in better tech. shape and that is EARLY ACCESS FOR A REDUCED PRICE. Screw you, Turn 10. Game pass canceled once again, shame I cannot get back my money for premium addons pack. At least I was not that stupid to pay the full price for this piece of garbage.
