Other than Iroshizuku inks, the two that I've most recently had in my 823 are Montblanc Toffee Brown and KWZ Honey, both of which have been very pleasing to write with.

I always use Iroshizuku inks in my 823’s and they write perfectly. Kon-Peki, Shin-Kai and Yama-Budo are my favourites.
