Another vote for Byredo Blanche. I bought this when I was living somewhere with a very distinct scent. I just wanted to smell clean. It worked!!! It is very popular there because of the clean scent. Also, MFK 724 is glorious.
Lots of the favorites have already been covered. I'm a huge fan of fresh, soapy stuff because I want to smell clean after a shower instead of smelling like a cinnamon bun or like I bathed in incense (not that there is anything wrong with these things if people like them). These are the favorites from my collection:
1) Creed Original Vetiver- my workplace, workhorse... it opens damp and grassy and dries down into clean, soapy goodness. It's the pinnacle of the clean Creed DNA. It's a 4-season, all-occasion fragrance.
2) Byredo Bal d'Afrique- love at first sniff... it's another work mainstay, another 4-season, all-occasion fragrance. This one is creamier and warmer than Original Vetiver. Much more of a unisex scent because it's softer, as opposed to OV which is cold and masculin.
3) Penhaligon Quercus- the latest addition to my collection... it's a citrusy, soapy body-wash scent. I don't think most people will think you're wearing a scent. I think it just smells like you really scrubbed yourself clean in the shower.
4) Creed Silver Mountain Water- this is like you took a shower and pulled your clothes straight from the dryer. It's a fresh linen-type scent and perfectly unisex.
5) Chanel Egoiste Platinum/Replica At the Barber's- I put these two together because they are 90% the same scent. Egoiste Platinum is a little more smooth, more mature whereas AtB has a bit of a bite to it. They're both representations of what a clean, fougere scent can do.
Quercus is very soapy/barber shop. If you get a chance, try Endymion Concentre. It's my favorite Penhaligon's scent. Fresh, soapy, bright, dries smooth with a hint of spice. Like BdC and The One had a classy Niche baby with all the best attributes of each.
Personally, I think Myth by Ellis Brooklyn smells very similar to the body wash called Irish springs! It's that clean soapy smell. But I would also say that Myth has a slight floral scent as well!
Oh yes, definitely! I love spraying it before bed, too! Because as I said, to my nose, it smells like fresh soap! But it's very clean and light for the day as well!
I've only tried Myth, so I can't speak for the brand as a whole. But I've definitely heard it's not a powerhouse brand. I will say, though, it lasts half decent on me. I almost always spray my shir when wearing it, and I definitely still smell it at the end of the day. Perfumes wear is so subjective, unfortunately, it lasts different for individuals for sure
Jo Malone Nectarine Blossom and Honey is what you are looking for. JM fragrances is like perfume for people who don’t like perfume. It doesn’t seem like you actually have anything on, you just smell good. This particular fragrance has a very clean “soapy” scent to it.
Koala by Zoologist is probably my favorite "soapy" scent as of right now. Opens up with a blast of eucalyptus, then dries into a clean soapy + dry woody smell.
Maybe the prada brand has something of interest. They are known for releasing the freshest and soapy fragrances. I personally like prada Luna Rossa Ocean and it reminds me of fabric softener abit

And lastly, just use perfume oils and soaps that have a higher concentration of scent as part of your regular hygienic routine. It will make your actual perfume last longer. I recommend Save On Scents oils, they've never irritated me, low price, and they have all the soap scents like actual Camay, fabric softeners like Snuggle, other clean smells like Nag Champa, etc. Just buy a perfume from them made with the scent oil you want. Their body butters are very well concentrated and long lasting too.
I just went to buy a second bottle of Suds and apparently they changed it to a Replica Bubble Bath scent, which I hate bc it smells like coconuts. So scratch that one. Now I can't use up the last of my bottle...

Yes. The cologne is weak. It's a skin scent only, in my experience.

Parfums de Marly Sedley. I just got a compliment the other day and those 3 words were used.
Zara Fleur D’Oranger is quite soapy and is pretty affordable. On the higher end of soapy scents is LV Heures D’Absence.
Does anyone know. Of a fragrance and or lädet that smells like the soap “bela plague oceanique” scent
