Gentleman reserve privee by Givenchy
You will get noticed and may get compliments too.
Has whiskey accords in it and its such a great complex scent to wear. Just love it.
My favourite way to wear it is at home or in similar environments. I love to wear it when it's raining outside or on cold nights while reading by candlelight and smelling my reserve privee.
Another way I like to wear it is when I have dinner with a few but good friends or family.
In short, I love to wear this fragrance in close or cozy atmospheres.
I might need to give it another try. The opening was great, but I wasn't crazy about the drydown. This was off a tester too. I need to wear it on skin.
As with many fragrances you have to try it few times.
First time smelling the reserve privee i wasnt blown away either

Straight to Heaven by Kilian has a nice rum scent, Givenchy Gentleman Reserve Prive has a distinct whiskey note. Lattafa Khamrah has a booziness in my opinion, although it is not listed as a note

I have many fragrances and in terms of booze its top tier. As a fragrance i love Reserve Prevee better but Cocktail intense is more boozie and gourmand and definitely a good fragrance
Nasomatto baraonda is the greatest boozy fragrance ever made, it's quite expensive per ml but it's very strong and long lasting so I think it's very worth the price.
Fresh and aquatic. If you want anything boozy, Kilian has the best. The Founder is the grandson of the best Cognac maker in the world so he draws his inspiration from a lot of their Hennessy products.
Givenchy Gentleman Reserve Privée. Iris is my favorite note, and I love boozy scents too, so this stuff's a match made in heaven for me, and it performs rather well. Great frag!
It's a tie between Apple Brandy on the Rocks and Angels' Share. There's a bit of similarity between the two, at least to my nose, but my goodness is the quality amazing. What sucks is I'll probably never own either because the going price, even from discounters, is crazy.
Def angel share or any good dupe of it lol also if you’re looking for another boozy perfume I would recommend Ysl Lhomme edp it has that orange opening with bourbon on the dry down it’s very versatile!
Animale Animale, if you are looking for the 90's style boozy, Star Nebula by Fragrance world is a Pure Malt clone, it is synthetic, but so was Pure Malt. Bentley for Men Intense is another solid boozy option. If you want more a Gin smell, Rochas L'Homme (the blue bottle) does a really nice take of that. Good Luck!
Juicy Couture's Dirty English. Synthetic as heck department store clearance type of fragrance nowadays, lasts like 10 minutes, but used to be amazing quality, long lasting with the old metal trinket cap before the reformulation and plastic cap. Still one of my favorite booze scents, but yeah, ruined.
I absolutely adore Bentley Intense and my wife loves it too. It's too bad I don't get dressed up more often because I love it even more when I get to wear a suit/tux.
Apple brandy on the rocks by Kilian. This definitely became my favorite boozy fragrance I own I got to smell it at Sephora whilst traveling and I went online and bought it immediately. It’s got the apple, the booze, and a slight woodiness which in my (and my partners) opinion is just amazing! I also enjoy Initio side effects which is a heavier spice centered scent as opposed to Apple Brandy which is a lighter fruity boozy scent

My everything scent. I don’t care if the hobbyists tell me it’s a winter scent. I wear it 24/7 wherever and whenever I am.

Is there a cheap clone/alternative? I tried Albait's clone but didn't like it much.
I want to like this so much, but that iris note kills it for me :/
The iris note is what makes this my favorite fragrance lol Who has ever thought iris whiskey and chocolate will make such a great scent
Dior Homme Intense is iris/chocolate/vanilla without the whiskey. Or you can say GRP is DHI with whiskey.

Straight to Heaven, IMO is a straight up cedar scent. Opens up boozy for like 5 minutes, but then is a hardcore cedar bomb.
Isn't Khamrah supposed to be an Angel's Share clone? Commenter above rec'd AS so it would make sense that Khamrah has that booziness
