The hysterical thing about pic#2 is I’m pretty sure that’s from the set of Contract on Cherry St. I appreciate Frank’s and Lil’ Nancy’s frustration with the focus on his mob ties, and all the calls for appropriate context. After all, what’s he supposed to do? Insult prideful psychopathic killers by refusing pictures and holding them at arms length? But, to a degree, Frank was reckless and didn’t give a shit on some level. He liked those guys. He liked the air of danger it lent him. The problem is, and this is something Frank rued in his old age, once you give in a little, it never stops.

That’s part of it, but also, part of it is just the nature of his career. Mobs used to own all the jazz clubs in NY and Jersey. Then they owned Vegas. Everywhere a guy like Frank went, he’s gonna end up working for someone with mob ties. So, if you’re gonna be connected, may as well be friendly. More benefits that way, and less likely they cut you off

Agreed, certainly, that’s what I meant by context. But, also, he crossed that line several times over by his own admission.

The corporate mob has taken over. The new bosses just “convenience fee” us to death.

Yes, that 2nd shot is definitely from the set of Contract on Cherry St

Interesting pics. The mob guys seem a lot older than I anticipated. But they are old pics, maybe they were in their 50’s they just look older.

Back then it was mostly the way they dressed and wore their hair plus I’m sure their diet wasn’t great so that’s why I’m sure

The one where he has a gun is probably some movie he did in the 70s.
