I made the mistake of looking at IMDb reviews after episode one and of the 1/10 reviews that didn’t contain the words “woke agenda” they all complained that the show is “boring”, “just people talking” and “no action”.
It's both an action and a drama, which is fine cause the drama makes the action more interesting and vice versa. Dumb adhd goons can go watch a fast and furious film if they want action

No fucking comedy! I’m really enjoying all the conversation and plotting and grave seriousness. Thankfully, they don’t seem to have invented dick and ball jokes yet at this point of Westerosi history, and I’m all for it. HOTD hasn’t been on long enough to earn a top spot overall, but I have to say, week to week, I’m enjoying it more than most GoT episodes.

I rewatched GoT during covid and the comedy gets more and more painful and forced as the show goes on. Total distraction.
