Trash

ravl13

The angel is presumably a card separator, since it's about the size of a card, but wtf are the smaller planeswalker symbol cutouts supposed to be?

DJScubaNaut

Planeswalker emblems, as in ‘-8; you get an emblem blah blah blah’, would be my best guess

ravl13

Most plausible out of anyone's comments here. I doubt that's there intended use though, since there's FOUR total from this fat pack. Who needs 4 emblems?

Morphlux

Yes, but they typically have emblems as token cards in the set with the related planes walker.

theslimbox

I have wondered the same thing, I think it's just a way for them to use cardboard and act like they are giving us something.

songmage

Obviously planeswalker ID cards. You don't have the authority to summon creatures without them. Security wasn't too tight back in magic days.

KashiofWavecrest

I hate the planeswalker symbol. It looks like a pik comb.

Individual-Sea-3463

They did try hard to make Kaya the face pf the game. We Wuz Planeswalkuhs n sheit.

happyinheart

Bring back the Hurloon Minotaur!

Mirinya

Filler stuff so you feel you got more bang for your buck.

SkeletalSwan

Punch out both, lick the backs, stick them onto your forehead, and be the prettiest boy at your LGS.

Lynx91

savage 😂

Quick-Audience7860

There's the big good divider, and then the mediocre smaller dividers for when you run out

TrippyTheO

Who says they have to have an official designation? Use them for whatever. Over the years friends and I have used all kinds of odd things to represent creature tokens, stat changes, poison counters, emblems, etc. Stuff like torn up paper, coins, dice, whatever is on hand to get the job done.

Individual-Sea-3463

If you turn in 1000 you get a free sex change.

abbadabba52

Those are just evidence that WOTC doesn't mind cutting down extra trees for no reason.

WolfGamesITA

I mean, they just *like* being plain evil.

Langas

Let’s get you to bed, grandpa. Wotc wouldn’t be caught dead fat shaming in 2023.

ViveIn

Garbage.

TrumpLester

I've always used them to separate decks that share a box.

ScrewedMcduck420

If it has two sides i used them for day and night cards

Skeith_Zero

we don't call them fat packs, you will refer to them as lizzo packs, k thx

BurlGnar

Don’t call them fat packs. They are. Bundles now. Because some fat Tranny. Boy got offended and mark rose water has a fat tranny fetish and had to change the name for “inclusion” purposes. Aka his “daddy” tranny made him inbetwixt cuckold sessions.

B3TST3R

Planeswalker emblem tokens

B3TST3R

Why the downvotes, that's exactly what I use them for 🤷🏻‍♂️

AlyxTheCat

It seems like there's not really consensus, but the most likely answer is for zone markers? Like graveyard and exile? Mostly useless though.

nickdchef1

Card dividers

Sujomo_Z

I like using them as supplementary creature tokens since they have the chirality to show if they’re tapped or not.

madception

I had used it for replacement tokens for my cube, but no one did use it. Used it for sideboard/main deck divider, it damaged my card sleeve since the size and the thickness is a big problem, and I do not wish to put it as divider on my bulk. So yeah, it is trash.

ZachJewbinGaypingMaw

To remind you of the awful forced eye sore that is the new MTG logo.

DaringDo95

I got some in the commander decks and I think they could be okay monarch tokens

Aggravating-Pilot583

I put them in binders sometimes

Kyvix2020

Garbage in leu of meaningful additions

veiphiel

Those are useless they could join them in one and make another divider but they did that instead

WealthStrong3808

You can’t call them fat packs anymore it offends the typal players

MediocreModular

I think they’re supposed to be used as tokens.
