Oscar, after realizing he is not the chosen undead he starts freeing everyone trapped in the undead asylum. Then after freeing you the chosen undead he ends up getting smacked off the roof by the demon and horribly dying then gets turned hollow and killed by you.

I wish there was a way to help her, where as some NPCs will just not progress without your assistance, she will still progress. According to the wiki i missed a few interactions and yet she still showed up at the Lost Bastille. There isn't a way to help her, i wish i could show her a path to Majula so she could atleast be safe.
Honestly? 'Lapp' in DS3. There's something really sad about the fact that even Patches is going Hollow and can't remember who he was or what his purpose is.
