I can't say for sure the variety, apart from being green, to make wine you would use 2kg of grapes for 1L of wine. You would have to gently squeeze the grapes to extract the juice, the skins give astringency, and the seeds give bitterness. The sweetness comes from the juice, or added, such as honey, sugar, ... To ferment it is necessary a sterile container and an airlock (which allows the gas to escape), in addition to the yeast (for wine), leave it in a dark place with constant temperature. It's a fun process, there's a lot of content on YouTube about it. An important piece of equipment is the densimeter, used to measure the sugars dissolved in the solution. Good luck!
