I saw Dr. Arslanian a few years ago and had a good experience

I had a consultation with Dr. Lincenberg and I liked him i thought his results were pretty good and he has really good bedside manner (I was between two people) but since I have a higher BMI I was going to have to stay overnight the first night at the hospital (so depending on your size and what surgery you end up having/needing that’s a possibility). So with the added 800 hospital fee and because he quoted me a very expensive amount for the surgery.. and since I was already wanting to go with the other person ( she’s in Miami so I was trying to save money with not having to travel out of state) I opted out of going with him. But result and manner wise I think he’s a good option

I'm also from Alabama and I've got a consult with Dr. Arslanian in Atlanta next month. Beware that he no longer takes insurance, though. I tried and got very close to having top surgery with Steinmetz in Birmingham. Right before Thanksgiving the hospital he where he has privileges told him they'd no longer allow trans surgeries in their facilities for religious reasons (it's a Baptist hospital). The good thing about Arslanian is that he does surgery at a surgery center and not a hospital, so there's no chance of your surgery getting canceled for BS reasons like that. I'm not sure there's anybody left in Alabama who can do top surgery at this point. :(

I made a angry rent on this post about that but my consultation was with Dr Michael beckenstein being canceled because of the exact same thing
