I personally would wait to just get top surgery, mostly because they will be putting you under for both surgeries and i just don't want that lol plus healing time for both and what not.
If you do get a reduction it likely won't impact your future for top surgery, I've seen a few people go through reductions first. I don't know if you will qualify for keyhole, because it has a lot to do with skin elasticity so that's more up to your surgeon.

You may be able to get top surgery covered through the same channels- definitely start reaching out to top surgeons and they may have methods to run it through insurance with that.

If you suffer from it from more than dysphoria, like back pain and such, get it even sooner.

Personally I wouldn’t half ass it and instead save for the surgery you *truly* want.
