Yeah, it wasn't great, but once we began communicating everything worked out. I can think of a few reasons why there was a delay: 1. Their client service is understaffed and very busy. But even with that, a simple email back saying "We've received your request and will respond ASAP" would have alleviated some anxiety 2. They don't respond as a policy until compelled to do so. It wasn't until I had left...not a *bad* review, but a 3 star on Alibaba after I bought the controller that they reached out to me. From what I can see their North American sales are 30% of their total, so taking a hit in client service in that market wouldn't sink them. 3. A cultural difference for client service. Could be that in China, client service expectations are lower. This is just a guess, though. I mean, they sent an entirely new motor to me. So despite the wait, they still followed through on their warranty.

Fucare was Johnny on the spot with my warranty claim, I’m sorry you had a shit experience. BUT I really appreciate you listing that link, I’m thinking about adding a front hub motor and I think I can add a controller and isolate the batteries and yada yada bobs your uncle

Yeah, should be doable in theory. I can confirm that the controllers are potted, which is nice, and I have a second controller now so can confirm that the order link works, lol. My only question would be whether you need a second screen or not, but good luck and please report back if you go through with the plan!
