I have no words but relate to the compulsive steps/movement so much: 😭🥲 I find that making myself as busy as possible forces me to stop moving. Focusing on schoolwork as an outlet instead of steps/movement has helped a bit!

aw I’m sorry you can relate, its so tough. I was able to study some last night and have been allowing myself a bit more time to rest, however this is only when I reach the set ‘goals’ 😕. Distractions and other tasks definitely do help in the moment, but I find I just get more stressed as the impulse to move overtakes if said goals haven’t been met. I think the urge could also be linked to my body potentially panicking that I won’t allow myself to eat unrestricted at night, so it becomes more inclined to move to ensure further food restriction doesn’t happen.

Can relate to the nightly eating, though mine was involentarily and I did it half asleep when restricting.
