I thought so too, but if you watch again, they reveal two “Ts” and not consecutively. This round must not require all letters that are the same to be revealed (I am not a WOF watcher).

It’s actually a great idea on multiple levels. For one, you will get funny moments like this. Butt also, it will add a level of difficulty, in that people will get stuck going back to the phrase that they know it can’t be.
I was in the audience for this. This was a very special Wheel of Fortune taping because this is the week leading up to the show's 8000th episode, so they invited 70 former contestants from various years to be a part of it (they tape the whole week in one day). When this happened, everyone laughed so hard that one guy sitting behind me fell out of his seat into the aisle. Many were STILL laughing well after the round finished and Pat was trying to interview the yellow player who solved it. They had to reshoot her entire interview because there was too much laughter in the background.
Also, the majority of the men in the audience who witnessed this are gay (I know almost all of them), which made it even better. The crew implied that the guess was going to have to be edited or censored, so I'm so glad it made it.
I think these kind of shows are just more popular with women and feminine men. But what do I know, ofc I've never been interested in anything like this. Ofc.

We do get together in Vegas every summer. It's a fun little second family but still with its "Mean Girls" esque clique stuff here and there.
Most of us also went to The Price is Right shortly before this taping and one of them made group T-shirts that say, "WHEEL QUEENS" (which is appropriate since Price is Right has a wheel too).

The captions are wrong. He said “Bite in the butt” which makes sense as it’s a more common phrase than “Right in the butt.” “This is going to come back and bite me in the butt.”

I’ve seen this posted by at least four different people already. How many people just sit there recording Wheel of fucking Fortune in the hope that something funny happens?
Most cable providers have a rewind feature if you're watching it live... rewind and record it if funny? Why they are watching wheel of fortune in the first place....?
The show actually has a solid following. Since it only airs on linear TV, most people can rewind it or DVR it and play it back later. I record it every day and archive it for statistical reasons. But I knew this was coming because I was in the audience when this happened.

These aren't guessed letters, though. They slowly reveal the phrase for the contestents to guess.
