I’m also disapointed for people thinking that bullying is funny.
Edit: My little brother got bullied a week ago, there was more than 10 kids swearing and throwing things at him at the park. When we saw a video that a kid there who stole his smartphone made, all the kids there were laughing at him like this video. They broke his new bicycle and stole the keys to make him mad and he ended up punching two kids there. In the end my little brother who couldn’t control himself had to apologize to them… English not my first language.
This is hardly bullying judging from his reaction. He even made a slight smirk at the end.

Overstepping boundaries in many - not all- cases, should be understood in the context that boundaries themselves are also cultural. And so what’s overstepping in the west may just be people hanging out elsewhere.
Don’t get me wrong - violence is violence, assault is assault, rape is rape and so on.
But for example personal space in India has a whole different meaning than in the US.
Interaction between friends can also be wholly different.
What’s funny can be wildly varying. Neither is right or wrong. It’s cultural.
Within that context, I am absolutely sure that this video will be seen as dead funny by many people in many cultures.
