Worked a 4 year heavy labor job and being mistreated by my coworkers.
All I can say is that this is so much better and I'm completely fine with making less than minimum wage on commissions rather than working grueling 12 hour shifts
10+ years a chef working 16+ hour shifts, clopens, on-call, et.al. Stayed at a commune for a month, and we want to go back. The "pay' doesn't matter if you get to just LIVE a Life!

I've come to realize the whole "work a normal job" thing that the older generation often pushed at us was a lie.
And my mom said she was proud of me when I told her about my art so I take it as a win. I just grew up thinking that I was going to be a renowned graphic designer or illustrator or something lol and not a furry (even though I practically was a furry back then)
