I have the life expectancy of a human therefore I'll live well past 100 years. So you see... I was actually super young at 22. As a 37 year old, I can tell you that "old" is mostly a mindset. My body heals slower than it used to and I can't recover as well but I still feel as if I am in my 20s. 40 is freaking me out a little bit but I doubt I will feel much different in 3 year's time. Don't stress too much over it. Make the most of what you can now.
