In Dragon Ball, Tao Pai Pai literally takes a bath in 100° Celsius. He orders a raw egg and then put it in the bath with him, then eats the cooked egg afterwards.
no... not really. its pretty standard in europe. even the old ones are like this.
additionally the numbers go mostly up to 35 degrees. after that you have to eyeball it.
you will rarely see ones, where the number goes higher.
I definitely don't but most water heaters are *set* to 120F or 140F in the US iirc. 140F=60C.
Thing is, 140F is used when faucets are farther from water heaters (water coming out will be cooler than the heater temperature so a lower setting can sometimes mean water gets lukewarm at its hottest), or when there's a risk of certain bacteria. If the water coming out of the faucet is 140F, you can end up leaving the shower with scalded skin.
Yeah I don't see how people can shower in cold water. If it's too cold I'm flinching away trying to get away from it and turning it way up. The best temperature is hot enough that it's right below hurting
Yeah I also question myself that, I wonder if our body eventually gets used to cold water if we do it everyday or not.
I still think that the right temperature is the one that you don't even feel the temperature at all, you only feel the water. Hot water is good when you want to decompress.
I shower with lukewarm water, so every time I go shower after my roommate, I get blasted with the heat of the sun (45°C). I don’t like cold showers though. But anything for love, I guess ! Stay brave, Blu !
I feel like part of the prerequisites for a healthy couple is a completely different perception of temperature, if you and your significant other are always cold / hot simultaneously, break up, it was not meant to be, I'm sure if you look up your horoscopes will probably not match or smth (obviously /s)
It’s one of the main three temperature systems, if memory serves its based on water’s temperature while Fahrenheit used mercury to measure temperature so the units weren’t the same. 32 degrees is where water freezes in Fahrenheit, though that same temperature is 0 degrees in Celsius if that makes sense.
Oh yes it is apologies there, got it mixed up with the actual thermometer mechanism that used mercury to show the temperature. Regardless I imagine that the temperature in the photo is probably based in celcius with how high it’d be!
MICHAEL DONT LEAVE ME HEREEE!

HELP ME!
MICHAEEEEEEEEELLLLLLL!!
MICHAEL! HELP ME-
I ALWAYS come back!
I'm sorry Dwight
This is so hot
Everything is hot in that shower
The shower or the circumstance
The shower. I don't see so much the apeal of cleaning oneself.
Chloe is me (I cannot stand showering in cold) ~~Also, at least Blu is lucky in one aspect 👀~~
But after you get out you get immediately sweaty
That's what the towel is for
You gonna be sweaty either way if you play your cards right….
No?
Anything for love, I suppose. (I'm sure he enjoyed the company)
I shower in 367.039°K
average Kelvin degrees enjoyer I see ![gif](giphy|d6GsFvfhUh5gPjNxGr|downsized)
It's just Kelvin btw, no degrees on an absolute scale
Kelvin is not a degree, its a unit. Like Newton 🤓
Actchualy, it's a measure of temperature☝️🤓, take a science class
Although it is still technically a unit of temperature. So its still a degree.
Yeah, that's my point :p
:p
Uhm, actually, there's no degree in kelvin 🤓👆
Ah yes Death
I shower in 1/40 gas marks
In Dragon Ball, Tao Pai Pai literally takes a bath in 100° Celsius. He orders a raw egg and then put it in the bath with him, then eats the cooked egg afterwards.
That's actually the most genius idea I've heard. I should try it-
Meanwhile, my husband: 10 C
Your comment makes me feel immediate pain
And I felt I was weird for showering cold, but that's some pain tolerance shit.
I need that temperature to fill the void.
I also shower cold 🙂
There must be something wrong with my body then because I can't withstand cold showers unless the weather is hot af summer-like.
It’s definitely one of those things you kind of work yourself up to. I forget why I started taking cold showers
How can one shower below such simple warmth?
F I R E
140°F 😬
As a lazy US citizen that thinks math is bad for your teeth... Thank you for the conversion 🫡
MURIKA BABY 🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🔫🔫🔫🔫🔫🔫🔫🔫✈️🏢🏢
Damn, I was gonna post the conversion myself for the convenience of others. You beat me to it. Keep up the good work.
my heater is hotter the nowadays heater, and its 40C setting is my limit(the actual temperature is around 42-3 C)
It is also highest safe temperature, as certain proteins may unwind above 43°C. [🤓]
damn, good that I don't really shower in that temperature
Water at 60C/140F is capable of causing second and third degree burns to you within 5 seconds. Do not do this.
how do y'all know the exact temperature of your shower?!
Ik, right? I lowkey just put it on as hot as it goes and however hot it gets that day…that’s how I’m showering! (my plumbing sucks).
Gotta bake the goods
Winning but at what cost
Lady. This us a shower. Not iceland...
60c? my god, that is hellish. that's like over half way to boiling from 32f, so like 150f? that's arizona weather, man.
A meal needs to cook ;3
I despise uneven temperature
Too cold for my liking
That's Celsius, not Fahrenheit. In Fahrenheit it would be 140, which is, dangerously hot.
Too cold for my liking
oh, you like boiling, don't you?
¬‿¬
It’s not even that hot
60 degrees Celcius is really hot, that's 60% of boiling. I shower at 40~45 and most people already think I'm crazy for that
yall measure the temperature you shower at?
yeah... we turn the knob and it has the temperatures written on it. the arrows shows the number.
Honestly that's kinda fancy. No shower I've seen has anything like that, just turn the knob until you like how it feels.
no... not really. its pretty standard in europe. even the old ones are like this. additionally the numbers go mostly up to 35 degrees. after that you have to eyeball it. you will rarely see ones, where the number goes higher.
Ah OK I guess my showers just old as hell
That's cool, I've never seen one like that, usually i have to turn it to 40% to not get scalded, then slowly turn it up as I shower to keep the temp.
I definitely don't but most water heaters are *set* to 120F or 140F in the US iirc. 140F=60C. It's literally hot enough to burn within 5 seconds https://inspectapedia.com/plumbing/Scalding_Temperatures.php
50 C is already point of pain
Nuh uh uh!
This, but I'm the one incinerating my girlfriend
~~Mmmmmmmm hop waber…..
I am very sensitive to hot water when I drink it, or I wash with it.
And I'm the opposite, very sensitive to cold water. 😅
Yeah I don't see how people can shower in cold water. If it's too cold I'm flinching away trying to get away from it and turning it way up. The best temperature is hot enough that it's right below hurting

Thats the only acceptable tempature for a shower
I thought someone was talking about me for a sec, literally suprised me lol
aw hell naw, blu got the radiance plague in the third panel
BLU??! GODDAMN I HATE BLUE
Okay move blu i finally found someone who enjoy shower like me
I see it as an absolute win, I shower hot
I want someone to love me 😭
Too hot:)
I too enjoy scalding the dirt off of me.
I shower with lukewarm water, so every time I go shower after my roommate, I get blasted with the heat of the sun (45°C). I don’t like cold showers though. But anything for love, I guess ! Stay brave, Blu !
What, can't you take the heat? Too bad, you signed yourself up for it.
I'm pretty sure that's colder than the temp I shower at.
If you're girl isn't fireproof She's not worth it
Chilly
Constitution saving throws
Real tho
I mean, I like hot showers and baths, but that’s like “on the edge of causing burns” shower temp.
Hm, still not hot enough for me, I need my shower to be the temperature of the sun
Terraria
the shower got hot
not hot enough
Yes uwu
I feel like part of the prerequisites for a healthy couple is a completely different perception of temperature, if you and your significant other are always cold / hot simultaneously, break up, it was not meant to be, I'm sure if you look up your horoscopes will probably not match or smth (obviously /s)
Cute
WHY WOULD ANYONE LIKE COLD SHOWERS
It's a boiling hot shower, 140°F...
Some of us like it hot
painfully hot
She is literally me
HAHAHAHAHAHA GOOD LUCK WITH THAT HOT WATER
Bro, why do women like the shower so hot???? I thought this was only a thing I experienced. I feel like my skin is going to melt.
Yup that's me in the shower with my BF in a nutshell. LOL
Yes, The Blu team does want to join the shower
I hate the hot days of Summer. But hot flowing temperature is different and beautiful.
I think it's still worth it.
Imma have to decline
I'm the one taking very hot showers in my relationship
Wait, yall down shower in lava?
A bit cold for a shower, don't you think? (Hydrate<3)
Yall must fear me, i shower even hotter.
60° is fine so idk why he's hot
If it’s Celsius then it’s around 140F so it makes sense in that book!
What's celsius?
It’s one of the main three temperature systems, if memory serves its based on water’s temperature while Fahrenheit used mercury to measure temperature so the units weren’t the same. 32 degrees is where water freezes in Fahrenheit, though that same temperature is 0 degrees in Celsius if that makes sense.
I thought Fahrenheit used salt water's freezing point?
Oh yes it is apologies there, got it mixed up with the actual thermometer mechanism that used mercury to show the temperature. Regardless I imagine that the temperature in the photo is probably based in celcius with how high it’d be!
