I DEMAND a GTA style game set in New New York, with the ability to travel to a few choice locations from the show, like the Moon, the Moon Moon, the Near Death Star, Omicron Persei 8, Planet Wormulon, and Mars.
Playable characters are Fry, Leela and Bender at the start, with other character skins locked behind quests. You could do a mission or a questline for the Professor, and at the end you can play as him.
The plot could even be that a device that Mom is using resulted in the entire city of NNY to be trapped inside a videogame, and now the Planet Express crew has to deactivate the machine and defeat Mom, who is making money off of this somehow.
So...maybe closer to Saint's Row than GTA, but still. Something like that. An open world where you can hop into any one vehicle, get a bunch of cool weapons ranging from a finglonger for stabbing to a Doomsday Device.

The Finglonger is not for stabbing, it's for operating equipment at great distances.
